ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. When your order ships, you will receive a second email with tracking information.

SHIPPING METHOD
We offer standard shipping only within the United States.

Estimated delivery time is typically 3–7 business days after your order has shipped. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the carrier.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

SHIPPING AREA
BeadLock currently ships within the United States only.

We do not offer international shipping at this time.

TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.

DELAYS
While we work to ensure timely delivery, BeadLock is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, incorrect shipping information, or other circumstances outside of our control.

BeadLock is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivery has been confirmed by the carrier.

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply to reship the order.
